(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Iraqi political parties agreed to allocate 16 ministries including two sovereign ministries to the National Alliance, an informed source told Alsumaria News.
Al Iraqiya List is expected to get nine ministries while Kurdistan Parties Coalition will get four ministries, the source said.
Al Wasat Alliance, the Christian component and Turkmen will get each one ministry while Al Yazidis and Shabak will get two ministries for State affairs, the source added.
Iraqi political parties adopted the percentage system instead of the points system in portfolio distribution, the source continued.
Four ministries are yet pending and expected to be substituted among parties namely Transportation, Health, Communication and Agriculture ministries.
